When the Salon gets your payment information they will call you to book your appointment (this may be the next morning if you are buying a Late Deal at night) – or call the salon when they open.
We will try to be as flexible as possible when allocating your appointment. In the unlikely event that we cannot find a space that suits you, we will refund the payment in full.
